Teach Us To Pray
Once Jesus was in a certain place praying. As he finished, one of his disciples came to him and said, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” Jesus said, “This is how you should pray: “Father.
After much prayer, conversation, and time in God's Word, The Vine's leadership have heard God's call that we are to immerse ourselves in prayer. Please join us as we seek to approach, hear from, and respond to our God's call.
There are people of The Vine gathering for prayer every week in different locations throughout our area. You are invited to join us as we together pray for our communities, the sick, the Lost, needs, healing, forgiveness, hope, courage, and more. Prayer & Praise Nights
On Sunday evening, September 29 and November 17, The Vine will lead 2 Prayer and Praise Nights at ReDefined where we gather for worship on Sunday mornings. These nights will be different than our normal worship times in that they will be more spontaneous. They will be filled with music, praise, Scripture, and prayer. You can come and sit in quiet contemplation or sing at the top of your lungs. You can spend your time on your knees, sitting, or with hands raised. You can pray out loud or quietly in your heart. We will be praying for our community, for healing, for faith, for provision, and for hope as the Holy Spirit leads us. Our prayer is that this will be more than a Vine gathering, but a Kingdom time when followers of Christ come together with our God and celebrate, hurt, encourage, praise, and console. These nights will begin at 6:30 and last until somewhere around 8. By all means, invite others to join us! Click here for more information and directions.
